This Time of Transition
This time of transition is forcing us to pick a side. But, I don’t mean it in a superficial way of reacting to events in the physical world (and I do very much have a preference on that level). No, I mean we can join and feed the chaos of the physical world . . . or we can feel deeper . . . and find Forgiveness for the world.
If you have ever had an experience of “Oneness”, that is only possible because that is the True nature of Creation. Or, perhaps, you have the experience (or mere belief) that G*d/Eternity/Source/Divinity/Consciousness is omnipresent, omnipotent, and/or omniscient. What does that say about us and all of Creation? To be clear, I don’t mean the juvenile image of G*d as a bearded old white man in the sky casting judgements. I mean G*d the way the mystics speak of G*d: I Am/I Love. What does this Creator use to build Creation? Does this Creator head down to Lowe’s and grab some boards and cement? Creator has only Itself from which to build Creation. Each of us and every last atom are filled with, made of all the Spiritual Qualities (Forgiveness being one).
We have forgotten who and what we are. Even the most despicable human acts started with an impulse from Source. But that impulse had to pass through the morass of our human darkness: judgements, false beliefs, wounds, traumas. And that pure Impulse becomes expressed in, sometimes, horrific ways as a reflection of that darkness rather than the original and pure Impulse.
But remember that the person acting out in that way is still a fragment of the One and their action is born of ignorance. If they Truly knew who they were they would never act to hurt another. They would recognize the Divinity in the “other” and recognize that wrong action is really an attack on Self.
We can allow this recognition to become our basis for Forgiveness, including for ourselves!
A mystical name for G*d is “I Am That I Am”. Interestingly, we can shorten that name without losing any of its meaning. “I Am That I”. “I Am That”. “I Am”. “I”. In this time of transition, our individual and collective darkness is coming to the surface . . . to Awareness. We *have* to feel and walk through our darkness to find the healing and wholeness on the other side. We have to bring our darkness to the Light of Awareness, the True Healer. For too long, we have hidden and forgotten our darkness. It has been too painful to look at, to hold, to feel. But this we *must* do!
Healing is coming . . .
